Terrible experience in waiting room, my husband as the patient had great experience with nurse and doctors. TV blaring, receptionist not their to keep customers family calm and relaxed. I pray we never have to go back.
Great if you don’t mind waiting 2 hrs after your appointed time
Lady at the desk was pretty rude. My surgeon was great and the nurses were sweet. Looks pretty scary when you walk in. It is tiny.

I hope this helps the nervous folks like I was! Walked in yesterday for ACL reconstruction surgery. Walked into pre-op at around 11:30 am was wheeled out to my ride at 3:30 pm. Its now 8:00 am the next day and most of my right leg is still numb! I am thrilled! Had three anesthesiologists doing pre-op. One man and two women. I don't remember their names but they definitely knew what they were doing. They administered nerve blocking meds to the leg then, put me to sleep.
