My visit with Dr. Theuer at U of L Physicians went very smoothly. The office/reception staff were professional and courteous, and more than helpful with my appointment. The wait to be seen was minimal. The Physicians Assistant was very knowledgeable and put me at ease, all the while taking my vitals and assessing me. Dr. Theuer, as General Surgeon, asked all the right questions concerning why I wanted to be seen, but more importantly, he actually listened to my answers, and answered all the questions I had for him. Very good customer service - able to make an appointment quickly, all staff was kind and welcoming and Dr. Theuer took time to explain everything. Really pleased with the quality of care provided.
