SHADY BUSINESS! After a procedure t5hat was partially covered by my insurance, rather than sending a proper email bill for the remainder of the co-py, the accounts receivable decided to send me to a collection agency instead. Even though the bill wasn't delinquent, this action adversely affected my credit score by67 points. 1 point per $1, give or take. So rhey were happy to torpedo a hardworking, bill paying person's credit scor over $75. Hope it was worth it. Avoid this shady business at all costs.

I had an emergency appendectomy and Dr Kevin Robinson did the surgery. He was very nice in the room when he came in to talk to me before the surgery. I talked to him then about the fact that the only med that works for me is Dilaudid and requested that one which he said was fine. (After the surgery I never saw him. He never came to check on me but his assistant did. But she had not been in my surgery so didn’t have information for me.)
