If I could ONLY see Dr Bellairs and Candy the allergist I would rate this facility 5 stars. However, the numerous times I have caught the billing department overcharging me for services, charging my insurance for services that were not estimated for, and charging my insurance for services I had not yet consented to or had performed leaves me filing complaints with anyone who will hear them. I have had surgery under Dr. Krug's care three times now for melanoma. He is kind, considerate, and very thorough. His communication skills are clear. He makes everything easy to understand. I was just in his office for a follow up after my third surgery. As we were laughing while saying our goodbyes, I said "Well I hope I don't have to see you later. But thank you for all your help". I would highly recommend Dr. Krug to anyone looking for a good surgeon. All the nurses and front office ladies are personable and kind as well... read more

I had an emergency appendectomy and Dr Kevin Robinson did the surgery. He was nice in the room before the surgery. I talked to him then about the fact that the only med that works for me is Dilaudid and requested that one which he said was fine. After the surgery I never saw him. He never came to check on me but his assistant did. But she had not been in my surgery so didn’t have information for me. I had to have pretty high doses the meds to keep my pain under control even on IV. So I ended up an extra night in the hospital... read more
