I have had a very good experience. Dr. Armstrong was fantastic. He conveyed confidence and addressed all my questions. Every person I encountered during the experience was top shelf from the personnel at the front desk, to Amanda the surgery scheduler, and the doctors. Dealing with health issues can be stressful, this practice seems well-run and kept me informed every step of the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
My initial experience with this practice is one of the best I have ever had with a medical practice. I called looking for a general surgeon to address a rare condition that was diagnosed in the ER the day before. Brittany answered the phone and she seemed to realize how anxious I was when I explained the situation to her. Everyone I encountered was so compassionate, helpful, and understanding. Dr. Armstrong did a fantastic job on my gallbladder removal. I appreciated the way everything was explained. I felt they handled an urgent situation with the best possible care. I am just over 2 weeks post-op and am very impressed with how the incisions look. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!! I had a minor procedure done and Doctor Bloomberg has no idea what he’s doing. At the post op visit he acted surprised that he used dissolvable stitches and said you’re all good. I went home and 10 days later realized they were not and still had stitches and had to go to urgent care to get them removed because I wouldn’t even trust him to remove them properly. My husband and I, and my family in Ohio Pennsylvania Arizona and New York are going to collect our money and take Dr eckert to court. We will be suing him for malpractice due to him not fixing a surgery he botched in my stomach. I'm 27 years old and I have no quality of life I'm not able to do things myself and I've lost a lot of jobs because of my surgery.
