Outstanding Office Staff and Doctors! I came in for a minor surgical pre-op appointment and Danielle Burkdoll, D.O. was able to administer the treatment in the appointment. The staff is friendly and engaged.
Everyone is nice. Wait time for appointments is long. Appointment at 10:30 AM after 11 before we saw doctor. First time visit it was an hour after the scheduled appointment before my husband was called back.
I recently had to undergo a hernia surgery with Dr. Marc Rogers from Surgical Associates at Northwest at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, Ar.. I can't say enough about the professionalism, kindness and communication I received throughout the entire process. Dr. Rogers is a very nice guy who was candid but sympathetic, professional yet funny and very accurate with his assessment and shaping our expectations. Dr. Cedeno was very informative and made us feel very comfortable from the first meeting. He was referred to us by another physician that we hold with high regard. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Glad we found him! His staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well!
Dr. Cedeno and associates are the greatest! I see or have seen a lot of doctors and Dr. Cedeno has the best beside manner of any health professional I have met or known. He acts as though you were raised as childhood best friends. He listens to you for as long as you need to talk. Not only a very good surgeon but a super human being!
