I had a follow up appointment with Surgical Associates of Mansfield today with Dr. Jeremy Parcells today, Monday 9 am. I went to the front desk and the lady said your appointment is Wednesday at 9am. The lady that did the scheduling told me one thing but scheduled it for another day. The front desk lady was very snappy and had a major attitude. If you make an appointment, might as well show up an hour or two before. We arrived 20mins before and are not the only ones waiting past our appointment. If you make an appointment, isn’t it appropriate to make sure that person is in the room at that scheduled time? Not everyone can sit in a doctors office all day like the nurses and staff do. Be prompt and don’t have your “valued patients” sit around twiddling there thumbs being told “just one more person in front of you” or “they’ll call you when they’re ready”. Be ready a... read more
Dr Harris bedside manner is great my Concerns are below my time is valuable to me. Appointments don't mean anything at this this facility their late to call you back to the room and then once there your waiting another 30 minutes to be seen by the physician. there's no need to see 100 ppl per day cut it down to 75 and see folks on time.
LOVE Dr. Alexander! Straight to the point and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Before my surgery, I was really nervous since it was my first ever surgery. He made me feel a lot better about it! Post-op appointment was fast and easy. Warm and welcoming front office staff. Highly recommend this Surgeon. (Don't complain about wait times until you've worked in a medical office yourself.. and yes, I have worked in one before)
