Had surgery, November 2021. I’ve spoke with them at least five times regarding billing. Instead of properly billing., Shadisha, just sends you to collection agency. Then when I called and ask her about it, she got very angry, was extremely rude, and told me she just wanted to be done with me. I loved the doctor, but the way the office staff acts is completely unacceptable. Dr. Noorily is a fantastic Doctor. He took care of my son and I highly recommend him.
I’ve had a problematic hernia I’ve been living with for many years. I made an appointment spoke with Dr Lim and scheduled my surgery. Dr Lim did my surgery, great surgeon, explained everything he did, on the road to recovery and hernia free. Maria a nurse at the office was great. She called checking up on me, very professional and compassionate. Highly recommend this office for surgical treatment.
