Dr. Parikh's initial consultation was excellent, he was professional, thorough, and inspired confidence. Unfortunately, the rest of the facility did not live up to his standard and ended up reflecting very poorly on his practice. Just wanted to leave a great review for the entire staff at the facility. Very professional, friendly, welcoming, and reassuring. They gave me a card identifying the entire team I worked with. Which is great because I was only able to commit two names to memory. Thank you, Dr Abraham, Dr. Ella, Vicki, Tracy, Kelly W, Elif, and Priscilla. You all went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as possible.
I recently had a colonoscopy at this facility and I must say it was a breeze! I was greeted warmly by Priscilla at reception and then welcomed into pre-op by warm and friendly Terri. When it came to the procedure itself, I was made to feel calm and secure by Dr. Kutner, my surgeon, Dr. St. Jean, the anesthesiologist, and Evan, the operating room nurse. Upon waking, I was tended to by two caring nurses, Nava and Olena. I highly recommend this facility and all the wonderful medical professionals that work here.
The entire team that helped to ensure a smooth endoscopy procedure from beginning to end were extremely affable! Thank you specifically to my surgeon Dr. Rackovsky, my anesthesiologist Dr. St Sean, my receptionist Angelica, my pre-op nurse Beverly, my operating room nurse Karen and my PACU/recovery nurse Jennifer for making me feel welcomed and very comfortable. I appreciate you all!
