I cannot thank Dr. Kroser and his entire staff enough for the wonderful care I received before, during, and after my surgery. Dr. Kroser genuinely cares about how you feel. He listens, answers every question without ever rushing you, and never makes you feel like your just a number. I originally went to him for a second opinion, but I felt so comfortable and confident that I chose him to do my surgery. Dr Mark Sanders and staff were very professional, personable and caring. Dr Sanders bedside manner was very comforting and reassuring. I am very grateful for the surgical procedure he performed on me and would definitely use him again if needed.
Ms. Tiffany is a great doctor to see there. The see patience with different things going on. I have been seeing her since 2017 and she is great. When I had to have my breast removed she was so caring a very gentle when I had to go back in for my tubes to be removed. I have seen her for more things going on and she's is great and understanding.
From the moment I walked in I was absolutely impressed. From the receptionist to the nurse, the PA that did the minor surgery, all were very professional but with a mix of humor and a wonderful bedside manner. I would very much recommend having a procedure done here. I was extremely happy with the results of my minor surgery.
Great staff great experience both Jessica's were nice and very helpful. Will most definitely recommend
