The worst. The rob people
They harass and when told I’ll pay in full they put me on hold. I eventually hung up. Why the phone rep I was speaking with couldn’t post my payment is beyond me. I then attempted to pay online and site was down.
DO NOT WORK WITH OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST BRACES THAT MADE AN ALREADY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MUCH WORSE.
Dealing with this company is an exercise in both frustration and futility. I owe them $16.67 for a shoulder sling. I made the online payment weeks ago, and yet they keep calling me and saying that I have not yet paid. Despite emailing the receipt for the online payment, I am told that I still owe $16.67. Avoid this business at all costs.
