My fiancé had the best care team at this facility for surgery today . From front desk to post op we were taken care of so GREATLY . Becca RN, Shirley RN , Stacie CSFA , and Steph RN , and of course surgeon hartzell . Thank you again!!!
I have had procedures in many hospitals but never have I been in one where everyone, and I do mean everyone, encountered on the day of my hip replacement was kind, friendly, and cheerful. Thank you all so much!!
Would never recommend this place. Walk in and the receptionist is rude then I go back, they put me in a gown and then the doctor comes into tell me that he is refusing to do my procedure. I have an allergy to a medicine, I get that. Why wait until I'm on the table to refuse me. Do ridiculous
I had surgery recently, a nurse called me and gotten rotten with me because she misheard me. Plus dr hamlet is getting lazy. If he performs any surgery on you, if something happens to the part he fixed he will not want to do it again. ( I had a ligament rebuilt in my hand and I believe it needs looked at again. The only way to see it is with MRI and he continues to X-ray and say nothings wrong.)They are only worried about getting you in and out.
Had carpal tunnel surgery and the nurse staff and doctor did beautiful job.
