The receptionist (I think she said her name was Michelle) needs to learn how to be kind. I called to get IV fluids and was told they only do that Monday-Thursday. Okay, fine. She said she could make me an appointment for next week and I said no that won't work as I need fluids right now. Then I said "It's okay, nevermind then." In a polite tone and she hungup on me. Didn't even say okay or have a nice day or anything.
Staff is very nice, and helpful! Had Melissa twice for my iv treatments and she makes the experience smooth and enjoyable despite having to get poked. Thank you Melissa!
Everyone was awesome. From check in to admission to procedure to recovery to discharge. I don’t remember all the team’s individual names but what a great experience. I had a colonoscopy on 7/13/23 and as i said before, the team was great including Dr. Lisco. Thank you all so much. I also won prep of the day (but it was early so maybe someone beat me buy I doubt it).
Everyone was so kind from start to finish! They took the time to explain step by step the procedure I was having, and answered all my questions. Thank you too all!
