I have been going to this facility for 6 months for carpal tunnel. I found out yesterday, my 5th visit and seen a different doctor each time, that an acute hand injury would always be a priority over my carpal tunnel. To find out that even if they had me scheduled for surgery, if someone came in with an acute injury, they would give my scheduled surgery appointment to them and put me back on a waiting list. Needless to say I am beyond upset, why have I wasted time and money to not be a priority. I am now looking for another ... read more
This place always makes me wait for a long time in the lobby. Mind you it's empty when I arrive. People check in and are always called before me
The people are very nice didn't have to wait to long they took great care of my father in law
Came with my cousin and we were immediately welcomed from the front desk staff. When we went back to see the provider my cousin was nervous but that was immediately resolved. The provider listened and explained everything throughly. Overall great experience.
