When i first started to attend to the Lee Vista location I was hesitant at first, but everyone at the Imperial Orthopedic office are not only professional but they go above and beyond with their professionalism, attention and unique customer/patient service. Dr Ly is on point. He took the time out to explain my injuries to where I understood what they were and what could be done to feel better. The office staff showed that they truly care about their patients. I have been to other Doctors in the past 8 months regarding my injury and this office went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and assured me that I will be taken care of moving forward.
