I was transferred here from rolla to have my gallbladder removed that was infected and inflamed. Dr Floyd was excellent he came up every day until I was taken down for surgery. He was very informative he broke it down to my fiancee and I to where we could understand every part of the process and what was going with it. I was in rough shape and they took really good care of me from the time I arrived till the time I was discharged. Walked into Out Patient, registered for surgery, immediately taken back and treated with the utmost compassion and care from start to finish. The entire staff are true professionals!!! Capital Region has never let me down!

I had an extensive hernia repair which was done by Dr. Byron Smith in the Madison Street office at the beginning of summer. It's been many, many years since I've had any kind of surgery and I will be honest, I was scared to death.
