I had a biopsy that required anesthesia. The surgeon, anesthesiologist & medical staff were exceptional. The reason for the lower rating is - as another reviewer pointed out - the physical environment. In the basement, which clearly needs to be updated and the lack of personal privacy. The prep room is tight - curtains separate you from the next patient in a confined space. You can clearly hear private conversations. What really bothered me was the close proximity of adults with children & the privacy of dressing. The beds, ... read more

Used this surgery center for my spouse's procedure. Jen is a dream of a nurse and was very caring and helpful. Overall, everything went well. I was able to go back while preparations were made. However, when it came to recovery, I was called and alerted it would be about 25 minutes until my spouse was ready. I asked to be taken back to hear what the doctor had to say afterwards. I had a procedure done on 3/3/25. Everyone who I had contact with was exceptional. They were concerned with my comfort and safety. Highly recommend them.

Located in the basement of the building, it is outdated and lacks privacy - I could hear all the staff talking loudly while I was in pre-op and post-op. The rooms are separated only by a curtain. I could hear all the details of the woman next to me as they discussed her condition. The "new" gurney I was on was defective and they kept banging on it trying to get the sides to stay up, while I was in the bed with an IV in my arm.
