the office staff is horribly rude and treats you like garbage if your a step parent, the comunication with you is less then adequate to say the least, I will never have any family member go through them again.
This is a dental office, not a vet clinic. I don't care if your glorified misbehaving pet is your "service" animal, you can leave it at home when you go to a dental appointment! There are people here that can be allergic and don't come here expecting pets in the office and in the back in the exam rooms! If it would have been me instead of my husband having the oral surgery, it could have possibly triggered an asthma attack while in surgery. Dr. Cain did a great job and his assistants were awesome!
