Staff and everyone was great. They only told me of one charge. There was three separate charges by the time the procedure was done equaling to double of what we expected to pay . Please let your patients know of all fees and charges ahead of time.
I had a great experience here. The staff is professional and works so well together as a team. They are attentive and helpful when I got nervous before surgery they took good care of me after. My fiancé had a good experience in the waiting room and we were both very comfortable with the whole experience. Thank you for making a scary time easier
These people are so good. I got my tonsils out last week (45 years old) and these people were on point the whole time. They were super friendly & did a great job. Can’t say enough good things about them. Super grateful. Highly recommend.
I wasn't informed until I was at the check-in process that I would need someone to come in and sign off that they were going to stay with me for 24 hours. That should be information dispensed at a much earlier time Very disappointing!
