I love the people that work in the Surgery Center of FT Wayne, but have had nothing but issue after issue with their billing department. They didn't seem to even understand what Out of Pocket Maximum means.
Everyone is polite, friendly and has an awesome sense of humor. I was nervous while having the surgery but the staff talked to me and told jokes which helped me relax. Thank you so much for taking excellent care of me while I was there.
Everyone at the surgery center both doctors and techs are amazing. They did an excellent job implanting my spinal cord stimulator. I also suffer from anxiety and they did excellent job of keeping my anxiety to a minimum. The techs/nurses where super friendly and professional.
They were all so sweet! They made me feel comfortable and you could tell they really care!
