The lady at the reception desk with the purple hair was hateful. I think the way I was treated was very tacky and u professional. I realize they need the money up front but don’t quote one price and then tell someone you need over 3000.00 up front. Not everyone has a lot of money to pay up front. That’s why I have insurance.
