They set a very negative tone at the very beginning of this experience, demanding that we pay THEIR estimate of our share of costs upfront, or they'd deny service. I tried to explain we had a hospital bill, etc that would eat up our deductible of our insurance, take us to 10%. Nope, pay OUR estimate or get out. Now, they're giving me the run around about a refund they owe us of over $250. First said it would go out on May 1, then today, oops we missed May 1, it'll go out May 15. Went in for carpal tunnel surgery and left with a jaw injury. Idk how it happened or what exactly is wrong but I have significant pain and some swelling.
Went very well. Courteous staff and doctor. Wish I was closer for my next colonoscopy.
Staff, sneezing and coughing around me. A day or two after my surgery I came down with a viral infection that turned bacterial and was sick the whole time recovering from surgery with respiratory infection. Also, the person trying to put my IV and kept puncturing at least four veins and couldn’t get it to work. A nurse came in and put it right in.
