I have had 4 surgeries (2 hand - 2 shoulder), the most recent Jun2026 - Like the other 3, had a great experience, very clean, knowledgeable, efficient, caring, etc... I hope I'm done, but if I need any more, I'm requesting Surgery Center of Boerne!
They set a very negative tone at the very beginning of this experience, demanding that we pay THEIR estimate of our share of costs upfront, or they'd deny service. I tried to explain we had a hospital bill, etc that would eat up our deductible of our insurance, take us to 10%. Nope, pay OUR estimate or get out. Now, they're giving me the run around about a refund they owe us of over $250. First said it would go out on May 1, then today, oops we missed May 1, it'll go out May 15. Want to bet that turns into June 1 and so on? ... read more
Went in for carpal tunnel surgery and left with a jaw injury. Idk how it happened or what exactly is wrong but I have significant pain and some swelling.
Went very well. Courteous staff and doctor. Wish I was closer for my next colonoscopy.
