Terrible. The nurse told me they have 25 patients for one doctor in one day. My mom was scheduled for a colonoscopy. She arrived at 8 am for her appointment at 10 am. She is still not even admitted she is laying in a stretcher and it is 1:25 pm. She is suffering from a migraine and headache from not eating. Unforgivable and disrespectful!!!
My experience at SCA was traumatic and horrible to say the least. The only reason I put 1star was because if not I could not post it but they don't deserve any. I had a procedure scheduled and "according to their policy" you HAVE TO PAY YOUR CO-INSURANCE PRIOR TO THE PROCEDURE! This was communicated to me the day before the procedure, after stating to them that I did not have that kind of money they simply told me "THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO CANCEL THE PROCEDURE" just like that.
