The team from registration to check out was amazing and truly a team. I was cared for by Katty,Kristen,Yvette,Kelsey,Longrir,Stephanie,Pam and Dr.Medrano. They were each caring,kind, patient and professional in their positions. I was kept warm with blankets and given explanations for the processes. The dreaded procedures were turned into the most pleasant experience that it could possibly be. Thank you team! I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of the procedures offered.
Going in for a colonoscopy is never easy, but the staff at Atlantis Outpatient Center truly made the experience comfortable and stress-free. From start to finish, the team was professional, caring, and reassuring. Thank you - Dr. Steinberg, Alex, Shelly, Nicky, Liz, Gretchen, and everyone that played a part in showing such excellent care.
I cannot say enough about how comfortable everyone made me here. They were all so kind and caring. They knew I had lots of anxiety and did everything they could to distract me. All the nurses I encountered were great! The CRNA talked calmly to me while getting ready to give me medicine and continued to comfort me while giving the medicine. Great receptionist, nurses and aides. I was made comfortable and explained everything i need to know. I arrived by 6 and was released at 830. Thank you for the great care care.
