Great staff professional services!
Dr Lima , First the Doc hasn't learned how to return phone calls !!! Waited two days then called back again 2 weeks ago and still no return call !!! Its no wonder why his surgical coordinator takes after him . Him or her I left a message for if you could you let me know a date of surgery but with no pressure ,just month would be ok . Two weeks ago still no call back. Called yesterday but no call back . I certainly have nothing against Atlantis Orthopedics I've seen three of the 6 doctors and I give an 6 star to both of them ... read more
Took my friend for a appointment and she likes it.
The team from registration to check out was amazing and truly a team. I was cared for by Katty,Kristen,Yvette,Kelsey,Longrir,Stephanie,Pam and Dr.Medrano. They were each caring,kind, patient and professional in their positions. I was kept warm with blankets and given explanations for the processes. The dreaded procedures were turned into the most pleasant experience that it could possibly be. Thank you team! I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of the procedures offered.
Going in for a colonoscopy is never easy, but the staff at Atlantis Outpatient Center truly made the experience comfortable and stress-free. From start to finish, the team was professional, caring, and reassuring. Thank you - Dr. Steinberg, Alex, Shelly, Nicky, Liz, Gretchen, and everyone that played a part in showing such excellent care.
