I was at the Atlantis Outpatient Center last week for a routine procedure and I am kind of blown away by the care I received. Every single person I came in contact with was so incredibly friendly. I first met Sandy at the front desk and she was quick, friendly, and efficient. When I went back to get ready for my procedure, Kristen was my pre-op nurse. My experience at this medical center was exceptional. From the receptionist, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, support staff, everyone was very kind. They made me feel comfortable and safe. God bless them.
Very professional, patients are fully informed before their procedures and strict adherence to their policies are upheld. I like that, it assures me they have my best interest and care at heart
I got an additional charge from the doctor , I never got the bill since they never put the unit number on my account and I was sent to collection for their mistake .
Had a pleasant experience, although I was extremely disappointed to hear the CRNA introduce themselves as a anesthesiologist. BEWARE - another location that blurs the lines that contracts with independent CRNAs (no physician supervision) between true anesthesiology providers and mid-levels.
