Yuck. This location on this day was dismal. Check in was efficient but sterile. Seating in the waiting area was fabric and visibly stained. Makes me wonder what’s behind the curtain. When called the technician was gruff and rude. We’re paying for our procedure and shouldn’t be treated in such a manner. Terrible customer service with respect to correcting billing errors. The Surgery Center at the Forum outsources their billing to a third party and company and they completely incompetent. I would never use Dr. McGarity again -- heed this warning!
