This location officially closed 7/18/24. The website has been taken down. As of this writing, Google still lists it as "Temporarily closed" despite numerous requests to change it to "Permanently closed". However, it is closed forever.
This provider has had a "temporarily closed" message on their voicemail for a couple weeks that makes it sound like they're gone permanently. Now the same message is on the website. When I called Providence, everyone said the facility is open as usual...it isn't.
After driving over 200 miles in the snow and ice for my procedure, they cancelled the whole day of surgeries for a little skiff of snow. No delays, my surgery wasn’t until 11:30am, all the delays in this area have been to 10:00, but no delay here, just a cancellation of the whole day. The hotel I am staying at literally 0.7 miles from the surgery center is staffed and has employees. They did not shut down. Highly recommend! From the moment I checked to when I was discharged the experience was great. Facility followed cleanliness protocols during COVID and the entire staff was super informative and really cared about me. I could not have asked for a smother experience.
Had spine surgery @ Surgery Center at Tanasbourne yesterday. Staff was truly amazing, made me comfortable, answered questions, even put on socks for me since I could not do it myself, called my wife to update her on delay to procedure. Facility very clean, well-organized. Special shout out to nurse Tamara - who pampered me while we talked about La Dolce Vita & Italia.
