Staff was both defensive and confrontational and a bit unprofessional. Doctor was just ok. Administrative procedures were messy repetitive and conducted with poor manners. Communications and consistency were sub par between staff and physician. Labs weren’t approved in a timely manner so I couldn’t get bloodwork dome in the same visit as planned and directed by the Dr. All in all it seems like a poorly run machine with many things slipping through the cracks and a grumpy and unsophisticated general staff culture.
