I recently had a robotic cholestectomy. I wanted Dr. Turner as he has operated on and literally saved my mother's life. I know him and have spoke with him. My condition was deteriorating and I couldn't wait to get in with him. I did my research and decided to go with Dr. Cicchino. Glad I did. Sat in the room for more than 30 mins
Pls forgive me bc I’m not remembering everyone’s names BUT EVERYONE WAS AMAZING. Natalia, and Jen “who was just here hanging out” were in the operating room and nothing but comforting and just such great energy. I am so thankful to have had a room full of positive ladies because I was having some woman issues today and they really understood the assignment and made me feel SO GOOD the entire step of the way. Staff was both defensive and confrontational and a bit unprofessional. Doctor was just ok. Administrative procedures were messy repetitive and conducted with poor manners. Communications and consistency were sub par between staff and physician. Labs weren’t approved in a timely manner so I couldn’t get bloodwork dome in the same visit as planned and directed by the Dr. All in all it seems like a poorly run machine with many things slipping through the cracks and a grumpy and unsophisticated general staff culture.
