I had a great experience purchasing my car from this dealership, and I’m very happy with my new car! The whole process was smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating everyone was. Great experience at Surgenor Hyundai! James and Patrick were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy, answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I really appreciated the help and would definitely recommend them!
We recently purchased a new Hyundai Kona and our experience was very good. Our salesperson was Yannick Tittley was exceptional, he took the time to explain; everything from features of the vehicle and how the everything interacted with Bluelink, to financing options and their service department. I have dealt with many car dealerships in my life but this was truly the best experience, mainly because of Yannick
Fantastic service. I recommend asking for Yannick and James, they are incredibly helpful.
Don’t ever buy from these guy, they’ll give the shittiest time after you signed that paper, Especially if you are from Quebec look at your taxes they’ll scam you out of a couple thousand.
