These guys are great. Brandon gave me clear info on the service and an accurate quote. Chris is an old school car guy in a modern tuners body. Gave me great info on my car and how to keep it running great and it does indeed rip now. Getting to hang with Meatball was a bonus.
Super helpful! Communicative, direct explanations, and patient. Super cool guys, made sure I understood what was happening.
Friendly, that's about it. Drive it in, tow it out should be the moto here. 3 trys to diag my car, and still had issues. They care about money not customers here unless you a buddy of 1 if the techs. Crooked more than a home depot 2x4, so please be aware of work being done. Tuning might be there game, but mechanics they are not.
These guys did an amazing job on my son's Subie a couple of years ago, what a rocket. We somehow talked them into swapping a transmission on my SRT4. First of all, try to find a place willing to step out of their comfort zone. Second, do it with world class customer service and that is a 1 of a kind combination. They made me feel like I was bringing a Ferreri to their shop and my name was Enzo. Thanks to Surgeline, my unicorn SRT shifts like butter again.
