Very helpful. Quick walk-in service in my case, helping with a rod seal on a manual pump for my dump trailer. Didn't try and upsell me new lines that I didn't need when I asked about it. I only have a couple pieces of hydraulic equipment so I'm not a high volume customer; but they have earned my trust and they'll be my first call going forward.

I took a leaky ram to be repaired. I was told they would take it apart the next day to see if he had parts. He didn't say it would done. I asked him how much He said about $100.00. Cool, we needed it quick and the rebuild kit was $25 off the internet and three days out if we did it ourselves. the next day I called at the end of the next day and they hadn't started on it yet.
