We initially called Surge based on Google reviews to install an EV charger. While they were out we asked them to troubleshoot some long standing electrical issues. We ended up spending a significant amount of money on 4 different projects but the whole process was so quick and efficient from start to finish. They were able to finish all the work in about 3 hours including all the troubleshooting and repairs. Charged me almost $550 to replace one dimmer switch. Quoted nearly $900 for two. They were here less than 40 minutes. Quality seems fine. Sent a person in training and he was polite. As part of a remodel, they swapped outlets and switches in my kitchen — bill was over $6,000. Buyer beware pricing is outrageous (in my opinion). I agreed to the price, but will not use again.
These guys are amazing - they do solid work and leave the house looking spotless when they are done. We’ve had them help us twice now and planning to have them come again to replace some light fixtures. They installed new bathroom fans and also updated all the outlets in our kitchen.
