I have been here twice for carpal tunnel surgery by Dr Marcott. First time on Dec 11,2024 was on my right hand. I am a very difficult IV stick and they found out quick. I was getting frustrated and had a panic attack. A very nice lady which I didn't get her name saw me and asked if there was anything she could do for me which I replied to just sit with me which she did. I had knee replacement surgery there this morning. The surgery team was professional, caring, and just all around excellent. They communicated everything, and made sure I understood all they were doing. I can't thank them enough for all they did. Also, the woman at the front desk check in was awesome. She knows her job very well. She was very interactive, and caring.
These people billed our insurance incorrectly and said I owed 1000’s of dollars. They threatened to send me to collections if I didn’t pay. I’ve been paying. Now I am 33% in and they sent me to collections. I trusted them. Never again Their mission statement is this Our mission is to treat each and every one of our patients, and their families, as if they were our own family member. Each patient, each family, each and every time. HOW IS THIS YOUR MISSION STATEMENT. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!
Read all the other bad reviews. There is a pattern. Dishonest billing practices. I would look elsewhere
Beware. It is impossible to get an overpayment back. I paid $2312 on 9/26/22 at surgery because my current insurance did not have my maximum out of pocket up to date. Surgcenter was paid in full on 12/27/23. I have been trying since Jan 2023 to get my refund, which they continue to say, yes we owe you, but... First, I was told we are in black out and it wiil be three weeks. The latest I was told I would be in a batch on 4/17 and check mailed 4/18. Didn't happen.
