Horrific. Good doctor, horrible follow up. A relative had a joint replacement two days ago, and was released the same day. The following day, she was throwing up the pain medication. They were completely unresponsive and her pain became so severe that she was vomiting whenever she tried to stand/put any weight on the operative leg. She has been taken to the hospital by paramedics. I really hope they are more competent and give her the medical care needed.
