Absolutely the best care. I cannot praise the staff at Surgcenter Dunedin enough. They are busy, but they make you feel as if you are their only concern.
Nurses and staff were very friendly and caring. Very efficient getting you in and out.
Disgusting unprofessional used car salesman tactics and attitude! They demand entire balances ($8900. Estimate) before checking in the day before your appointment. Then they literally refuse treatment if you do not give them over a thousand dollars minimal to get a payment plan started. Literally the DAY before your surgery. Horrible grifters here. Go to an actual caring healthcare facility. Never use these money hungry weasels. Gross practices.
Had replacement hip surgery. The staff made my short stay very comfortable. They were compassionate and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this surgery center!!!
It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone in the billing department. Voicemail is usually full and it takes several phone calls to reach a live representative. I really loved the nurses but some improvements could be made in the billing office.
