Worst experience I’ve ever had. Pain after hernia repair was so severe that driving to his office was impossible. When I told him the issue he dismissed me.
With 35 years as a surgical technician, Dr Smith is the absolute kindest, respectful, gifted surgeon I've worked with, and my first choice as a surgeon for myself, family and friends. I wouldn't ever consider any other surgeon.
Told us that my gallbladder removal was in network and covered in whole but turns out that was a lie. We got billed for the surgery and when we called to ask him for an appeal the receptionist was extremely rude and basically told us to f*** off and they refused to appeal.i also had some mild complications post surgery and the doctor never contacted me directly, only the rude receptionist called me and told me I would be fine.
What an amazing surgeon, true gentleman. Blessed to have found him. Karen is amazing too. Highly recommended!!
