If I could give 0 stars I would. I went apartment shopping with my daughter and she thought it would be a good idea to move into this establishment. While on the tour she specifically asked like she has done on the other tours had the complex had any bug issues or infestation, with a straight face Valentina said “no”. Two weeks after my daughter moved in is when she saw her first living bed bug and promptly called Valentina to make her aware. Exterminator came to set traps and said they didn’t see anymore. I have two loved ones in the complex. Since Valentina and RHM have taken over from Chuck and Theresa, the quality of the properties has degraded. It has been a year since renovations have started, there are loose outlets in the halls, exposed ceiling tiles with leaking plumbing, and I have been told on several occasions that the security cameras do not work. There are known drug dealers living in the buildings, a persistent bed bug problem, with Terminix trucks in the parking lot every Saturday, and a passive aggressive comm... read more
As a long-time resident, I'm a little disappointed to see these comments. We're a community here, and it's important to support each other and work together. I've been here through several management changes, and I've always found them to be responsive and helpful. If you have a problem, walk to the office talk to the manager. That's how we solve things. Joann, did a nice job showing my dad and I around the apartment and answering our questions. We enjoyed our tour and viewing the two bedroom apartment option
I would honestly give this apartment complex zero stars. The apartment complex has a bed bug infestation and despite notifying management, they were not helpful and didn’t take the issue seriously. It was a very uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
