Ron and the maintenance team are very responsive, courteous, and efficient! Valentina Is very professional , polite, and gets things done. Excellent staff! Great place to live! They really care about their residents.
This apartment is a very beautiful, quiet, nice and safe place to live. It's very secure as well. I love how the property manager Mrs. Valentina and her team always be having a little get together for her tenants. For example, pizza parties and on holidays. To me I find it very lovely. The floor I was on and the building I was in was very cozy, quiet; clean(ed) and your package were safe. Nobody stole anything from anyone on the floor I was one. I've been a resident at Surfside Towers for five months and it's been great. I had a package go missing from my lobby the first time, and there's a neighbor below that is beating the walls and yelling. I let the management leasing agent Joann know today. Let's see who is on the security cameras. I will update in a couple of days. *Update* I received a call from joann who said Ron is going to review the tape. 4:30 pm 12/17 Wednesday December 17th 2025 *UPDATE* They brought my package back! Very nice apartments! Property well maintain and clean! Close proximity to restaurants, store and nearby gas station.
