ZOB HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Was denied using a coupon because I'm in Pacific time, and the day was over in Eastern time. I contacted customer service, expressing my disappointment, and was responded with this: Dearest *******, We are so sorry we lied by not putting Eastern Standard Time on our banner for the sale. Obviously this was done to lie to customers. Of the hundreds and hundreds of pipes we've sold, finally someone has shed light on our deceitful practices. We'll definitely be changing our ways.
