This title company is horrible! they don't return earnest money to the buyers when the money should clearly be returned to the buyer. Don't ever pay this title company earnest money if you think you might need to have it returned to you. My star rating would be a minus 5 stars if that was a choice.
RecommendedWELL DONE!! Barbra , Crim and Jollene are three wonderful ladies. They are polite and very professional. After 6 long months of showings my condo I finally went to closing. That is when the trouble started. My bank totally messed up my paper work 12 years ago. Barbra not only found the error she schooled 3 supervisors and the law department at the bank on the nature of the problem and provided the plan to correct everything so I could sell my condo.
