A Surfside heating and cooling technician came out to evaluate my HVAC system. Call that morning and a technician came out the same day. The tech took about 45 minutes before calling his supervisor for assistance. The final diagnosis was "malfunctioning" thermostat. My ****** thermostat was less than six months old. Red flag. He offered me a Honeywell wifi thermostat for $695. I was astonished at the price! Exact thermostat on Amazon, new, for $124. Great company! I have used Surfside Services several times for a number of things around my home. They are always efficient and friendly. They really help me understand the problem and solution and they always charge me a fair price! 10/10 would recommend!
Hands down would recommend to anyone I know. I love having one company I can call with any issue Im having! Amazing customer service and their response time is outstanding. 10/10!
Would not recommend. Company contacted me via email and appointment set. Day before they confirmed appointment. Next day, company did not show up, no phone call, which a reschedule would've been okay, and three days later still waiting. Guess they are too busy, but would never recommend to anyone I know.
