Absolute WORST in Pensacola Beach! We couldn’t get in until close to 7:00 PM because “cleaning staff was running late.” We were there with 3 other families just waiting in a parking lot waiting for a response. Instructions for entry gates did NOT come in the morning as promised they came just minutes before Sam Finally showed up. “Sam” who uses the name “Steve (owners name) on Airbnb which made it even more confusing from the beginning.
