Absolute WORST in Pensacola Beach! We couldn’t get in until close to 7:00 PM because “cleaning staff was running late.” We were there with 3 other families just waiting in a parking lot waiting for a response. Instructions for entry gates did NOT come in the morning as promised they came just minutes before Sam Finally showed up. “Sam” who uses the name “Steve (owners name) on Airbnb which made it even more confusing from the beginning. We were not solicited or paid for this review… We’ve rented from Surfside Properties going on nine years now. Have you ever run into one of those to-good-to-be-true businesses? You know, the kind where you want to just keep the discovery to yourself so no one else can find out….well that describes Surfside Properties to a tee!
