Dawn, The lady at the front supposedly the manager, horrible service provided to the patients ! very rude with her replies no empathy whatsoever and to top it off scheduled my child anesthesiologist appointment incorrect had us sitting in the office for over an hour and a half mind. You my child had to start fasting 7 PM the day prior. This office really needs to do better on their staff for the front desk “management” Also, not the front desk is usually left alone and no one available upon arrival

I've been taking my kids here for nine years, and I love this dentist office. They're amazing, my oldest has some pretty bad dental and medical anxiety, and the dentists and hygienists have always been so good with him. Incredibly patient and kind, and have taught him some tricks to help manage his anxiety. We have an HMO through work, but I pay out of pocket for a PPO just so I can make sure my kids go to this dental office specifically. Highly recommend, especially for kids who have dental anxiety.

We have only been there once but it was a good experience. My three and a half year old really enjoyed it. Considering it’s the dentist that says a lot. My child had no interest in going but they really make it as fun as they can for the kids. They have a fish tank in the back and lots of prizes and a points system with rewards they can redeem. My only issue is that on my insurance website it said they had a female dentist but when we went into our appointment they told us she hadn’t worked there for like 6 months. My daught... read more

Extracted healthy baby teeth without consent as they were not loose. Realized their mistake when notified and hence canceled the relationship. Failure to provided all the medical records to us and the state as required by HIPPA. Insurance fraud billing (billed as if they were exposed root, abscesses teeth). Stay away from this dental group.
