My mistake this 5 star review was meant for Seaside Heating and Air not Surfside
I want to point out all the staff at Surfside Heating and Air. From Ruth who took my call and arranged to have a technician respond and my very knowledgable service technician Nick. Nick showed up around 0800, I was the first customer of the day. Within minutes Nick assessed the problem. a capacitor blew. He replaced the capacitor and prior to his leaving, the AC, which is a relatively new Carrier unit, was blowing deliciously cool air. I am beyond pleased.
