Surfside is the best! Called at 9am, Cliff was here by 1pm and had my AC fixed and running in less than 30 minutes on one of the hottest days of the year so far. HIGHLY recommend.

This is our third installation with Surfside. In this case, the soon-to-fail problem with our upstairs unit was identified by Cliff while here on a service call. He pointed out the specific issues that were arising with our 10-year-old Carrier unit - refrigerant leaks. We decided to replace this unit rather than being faced with a mid-summer emergency. Impossible to get on the phone to fix a poor installation job. The unit they installed does not work with the outside unit. Would never recommend them to anyone!

I work for a rental company here on the Outer banks and let me tell you. Most professional, quick acting, fast responding, company on the beach with extensive expertise. I have experience dealing with over ten HVAC contractors and Surfside tops them all by a long shot. Cliff, Robert, and Joanne, are wonderful people to work with.
