I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this business over the last 6 weeks...and I had been going here since 2019.They've apparently "misplaced" INVISALIGN trays, to which I'd paid hundreds of dollars for. I've had to follow up via phone **** times (literally) and still don't have a resolution. The last call just a few minutes ago, the office manager in a roundabout way called me a liar, but in a sweet voice so you know...that makes it okay. ?? ??Avoid this location at all costs. Seriously.

I love working with Dr Le she was able to set expectations and offer reasonable pricing with specials and patient appreciation events! As a model I am very careful about my appearances and I will NEVER trust anyone else with my face and smile!!!!
I just found Surfside Dental in Atlantic Beach from a friend. Dr. Le is super nice and her staff is also. Jennifer was my dental hygienist and she was great! In the past, dental hygienists were rough and made my gums bleed, so I developed a phobia going to dentists. Jennifer was so good and gentle. I highly recommend them.
What a great Dr. and staff! Professional staff and gentle care. They walk you through every step. Recommended for all. It’s worth the drive from wherever you live.
They were so kind and compassionate with me regarding my dental phobia. i also LOVE that they have their own, in-house "insurance" plan that cuts costs and makes dental work more affordable.
Staff is very friendly and professional. Amber was VERY informative is absolutely amazing! Will definitely be back!
