I do not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. I rented with them for less than a year after moving from out-of-state. Kiran lied that my landlord wanted to sell the home and gave me a 2-month notice to move out. However, 10 days after moving out, she posted an ad on Zillow to rent the place out. Rent with this agency at your own risk. They are only after the commission and don't care about tenants. Ended up homeless after paying 4,700 security deposit for one bedroom at Surfside 3. I got $400 back, they just use your HUGE security deposit to pay for all the repairs that should’ve been done before you even moved in! The dishwasher broke and they told me it was my responsibility to fix it. The sliding glass door wouldn’t open for 6 months it was so old and the landlords took another 2 months to look for the best deal to fix it. Paid $2500 a month for apartment with hella problems. Very unprofessional in so many aspects communication being one of them she sent me to the wrong leasing office. When we got to her office, she was rude to us and rushing us. Over the phone before we met i said i had questions about the application and didn't fill out and when presented the forms was rude and ask why was it not fill out. Mention multiple times she was going on vacation as she was rushing us out. She seems not to care about the person she was loaning her services too.
