Went last night and the guy at the door with the big thick black glasses is so rude, can’t even look at you in the eyes, prepares you for what is about to be the most awful experience at a bar in Fort Collins. The male bartender stood in the corner with his arms crossed the whole night with a stank face not even paying attention to any customers at this small bar unless you physically flag him down. As one of Fort Collins’s top pizza connoisseurs, this is THE spot for pizza once you have had a few beverages. However, they need to work on gradually turning up the music when they shift from chill mode to party mode. It was a lot. But let’s party.
This is THE punk bar in FoCo, and out of respect to the punk scene they are 4 stars. If you want a 5 star bar, go somewhere else ;) I am here several times a month, my bands have played here a dozen times, the drinks are strong and cheap, they serve Malort, the sound guy is amazing, the music is loud, the slices are huge, they have graffiti in the bathroom, the staff is nice if you are nice, the patrons have tattoos and wear band shirts you probably haven't heard of, the jukebox has metal, punk, hardcore, alt, etc..
