Great location! We were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to do and see while in Waikiki. We truly enjoyed the day. I will say that the hotel is a bit older than what we imagined. But the guest services and staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed having an opportunity to get towels for our Beach adventures. We’ll definitely stay again and recommend when back in Hawaii.

This is a great place if you're not really into the touristy things when traveling! It's low-key and has a relaxed vibe. The coffee bar up front is amazing ! The staff is really sweet and accommodating. The rooms are cozy, clean, and big! Walkable to the beach, shops, and food! Definitely recommend.

Hotel Mold Health Risk: TheSurfjack We just moved hotels. We were staying at The Surfjack for a month waiting for military housing and we had termites in our first room. RM 542 We moved to another room that was infested with mold and dirty air. RM 242: the air felt damp and had a mildew mold odor… I took photos of the mold in the shower and the dirty air vent… also the pool… I think the hotel is aware of the mold issues as we saw someone (in the hallway) outside of our room painting over the mold, where our shower is locate... read more
