The girl that is there today fri 15th May 2026 was sitting there on her phone I said excuse me 3 times as I wanted a braid I had picked out she turned around, frowned at me as if I had disturb her instagram time. I then asked her a question “are we able to choose beads” she said no as the braids are pre made which is fine but she had her air pods in and was so rude. I was with my MIL I cannot believe this just happened and that I was about to give her my money. Absolutely disgusting

Very disappointing experience. I took my 6-year-old daughter to get her hair braided and it was handled poorly. An excessive amount of product was used, making her hair heavy and uncomfortable. The braids were done far too tightly, causing her ongoing pain and tightness. I politely asked the stylist to use less product, but she was rude and dismissive.
