I'm not sure about you people, if you are people, at this office, but I rented through you lot a coupla years ago and want you to explain to me and your customers, why you charged me $100 to take out a small amount of rubbish after I left the property, also $200 for changing a lightbulb, which I asked you all for 2 years - to replace because there were loose wires and, since I'm not an electrician, sent many emails with no response? We were very pleased with the service from Bob Rollington at First National Surfers Paradise with the recent sale of our apartment.
