This real estate agency is a terrible business. It has been the worst experience we’ve had – both for us and our flatmate – since arriving in Australia. They say wonderful things at first, but they handed us an apartment that was filthy, with food on the floor and rubbish left on top of the carpet, and full of damage. Now that we’re moving out, they expect the apartment to be in better condition than when we moved in.
