We had a very positive experience at this clinic. Dr. Wilson was excellent, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. When we requested a copy of the medical receipt, they responded promptly and provided it right away.
My partner and I arrived from the Philippines and needed to see a doctor. We watched 3 people come in after us and see the Dr while we waited over an hour eventually leaving without seeing him. Very poor service. I’d recommend you go somewhere else.
It’s very disheartening to hear that our 97yr old grandmother patient of Dr Jeffrey’s who is very frail and weak needed to go to the toilet and the receptionist instead of offering their bathroom directed her walk to the street across the road to use a public toilet!! Very disappointing!!!!
Dr Jeffery is the best Doctor I have been too. Been using him for years & goes above & beyond. Highly recommend.
