Been coming to Dr J and his sensational team for over 15 years, good old school medical care with up to date modern treatment and advice.
Doctor Mark is an outstanding doctor who consistently provides thorough, attentive care. If this review were based on him alone, it would be 5 stars. However, the front desk experience has become a recurring issue. One of the reception staff is consistently unwelcoming, blunt, and difficult to approach. We had a very positive experience at this clinic. Dr. Wilson was excellent, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. When we requested a copy of the medical receipt, they responded promptly and provided it right away.
My partner and I arrived from the Philippines and needed to see a doctor. We watched 3 people come in after us and see the Dr while we waited over an hour eventually leaving without seeing him. Very poor service. I’d recommend you go somewhere else.
