The apartment was extremely disappointing. It was dirty and nothing like the photos. While the views were amazing, that was the only positive aspect. There were blood stains or other marks on the bed sheets, and the table, chairs, and couch were covered in old food. the floors were slippery, and the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher were filthy and smelled bad. Despite staying for seven days, no cleaning service was provided. The staff were friendly, but that didn’t make up for the poor condition of the apartment.

Stayed many times & keep coming back. Highly recommend- great location, great service with neat and tidy grounds & facilities. The only downside would be the resident/guest? rummaging through the bins in the basement as she can be quite rude.

If you’re planning to go on holiday, must avoid this place at all costs, I booked for 5 nights and I left the hotel within the 2nd night. The bathroom is disgusting ,old hair ,blood stains and whatever the rest was. The most unacceptable issue was the cleanliness of the room. The toilet was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest—there were visible fecal stains on the inside of the bowl, which was absolutely disgusting. This alone made the room unusable and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. The air conditioning was very weak and could not properly cool the room, and the WiFi was slow. Absolutely unacceptable experience. The toilet was not cleaned at all—there were visible fecal stains from the previous guest, which is disgusting and a serious hygiene issue. Customer service was just as bad. Staff gave conflicting information about a refund, provided the wrong email, and kept delaying without any apology or responsibility. Air conditioning was weak and WiFi was slow, but the biggest problem is the lack of cleanliness.
