We paid $215 AUD a night for a deluxe 2 bedroom and booked 7 nights. This is more than we ever pay and quite honestly we found the apartment a bit of a let down when we stepped inside. The carpet was all stretched with rucks in it. The paintwork was chipped and damaged in multiple places, window frames damaged. Kitchen tap loose and unsecured. Stay away! RUN! Arrived, first room was absolutely disgusting. Thick dust everywhere, mould in the shower, blood smear on wall, not vacuumed, surfaces covered in dirt/food/sand. Asked for a second room, again, dirty, table and chairs/couch had salt and food all over, mould in shower, dust, filthy table cloth with stains, dirty freezer. The female manager has no peoples skills and didnt seem phased at all, didnt want to discuss it, check it or see the photos i took. We ran to Meriton which was welcoming and clean!

We booked the bbq area near the tennis courts and on arrival we found that all the tables and chairs needed to be cleaned as we could not use them as they were. Three times we checked at reception that the area was clean and ready for use and 3 times we were told it had been cleaned that morning. The area was dirty and uninviting.

Great stay here , management was friendly, self contained with full kitchen and washing facilities , full sized fridge freezer Trolleys located on basement level to cart groceries from boot to apartment was super handy with a boot full of groceries =) pool / spa fantastic. And open to 930pm everyday , gym facilities included.
