Great place to stay
Staff was actually so sweet and they let us keep our luggages in the back since we had nowhere to keep them. The spa and the pool was amazing i enjoyed it so much and the view at night time was so nice. There was so much places where you could walk around. It was a 5 min walk with restaurants and different shops. The house came with cutlery, furniture, pans, pots and more. There was also a train station nearby so it was easy to travel. I hope that i can come back with my family soon.
The apartment was extremely disappointing. It was dirty and nothing like the photos. While the views were amazing, that was the only positive aspect. There were blood stains or other marks on the bed sheets, and the table, chairs, and couch were covered in old food. the floors were slippery, and the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher were filthy and smelled bad. Despite staying for seven days, no cleaning service was provided. The staff were friendly, but that didn’t make up for the poor condition of the apartment.
Stayed many times & keep coming back. Highly recommend- great location, great service with neat and tidy grounds & facilities. The only downside would be the resident/guest? rummaging through the bins in the basement as she can be quite rude.
If you’re planning to go on holiday, must avoid this place at all costs, I booked for 5 nights and I left the hotel within the 2nd night. The bathroom is disgusting ,old hair ,blood stains and whatever the rest was.
